so to continue on who am I , My greatest joy is the title of wife. I married young at 19, to my first real boyfriend and the love of my life. we didnt date long , we were engaged in 9 m0 and married 9 mo after that .Harold is 53 years old but I swear he does'nt know it. I believe he still thinks he's 20. He's very quiet and soft spoken, very stuborn, very generous in nature and very gentle in spirit. He's also very loyal, and if you are his friend count yourself very lucky for he will give you everything. His love, his time ,his help, his loyalty and he will never let you down. He's also a good husband and father. His one and only , yet I think major flaw, is that he loves to hunt! I mean really how fun can that be? your tired, hungry, cold, chased by bears, have to wade through mountains of snow ,or get soaken wet with rain, you have to cook for yourself( or eat your buddy Freds cooking i mean thats really cruel), you have to go to the bathroom OUTSIDE in the midldle of nowhere! But i swear the tougher the trip the more he likes it. and to think that he preferes all this to staying home with me?makes you really wonder about me does'nt it?anyway we had our share of disagreements about the amount of time he spends in the bush but i've come to the conclusion that if he likes it that much and it makes him that happy what can I say right?
harold began our married life as a wildlife biologist it was his dream job and he absolutly loved it . He loved the guys he worked with(they all hunted) and the work was amazing. He worked for Fish and Wildlife alberta for 23 years. Unfotunatly Ralph Klien came along and changed everything. Harold who had a nontransferable position yet was transfered to high prarie. He dug in his heels and refused to go.The reasons thu were honorable, it would not have been a good move for our family . As a result he lost his job with fish and wildlife . It was a very sad thing and it was very hard on him. Yet of course God looked after us and he has worked ever since at I.T.B a truckbuilding factory that we have shares in . Athough its not his dream job and sometimes doesnt even like the work ,he has never complained. oh ya his hobbies are taxidermy and landscapping both of which he does very w

mom you seriously have to read Wild at Heart. If Dad hasn't already said it to you. The wilderness is where he finds his heart. Its probably where he can see the awesomeness of God best. It is where he finds masculinity as God intended. Seriously, I'm not done yet, but Dan's reading it and he likes it too. John Eldredge is the author.

John Eldredge also coauthors an amazing book with his wife directed towards the heart of a woman. It's called captivating. Both books have spoken directly into the heart of our marriage.
